Furthermore we can identify reliable specialist contractors that provide essential services to make your show participation run smoothly, thus ensuring that you can maximise your return on investment.
Trade Bodies
Pavilion Management is a specialist division within the company which promotes export opportunities by identifying strong trade-only exhibitions in suitable international markets.
With a strong presence in a number of industries, the Pavilion Management team coordinates national group stands at premier industry events in partnership with leading trade organisations - and often with the support of UK Trade & Investment.
UKTI may be able to award TAP (Tradeshow Access Programme) grants to all eligible UK SME's reducing stand costs. Additional grants are available for certain markets. The Pavilion Management team assists exhibitors in obtaining these grants and also helps with other arrangements.
SME's in Germany, Austria and Switzerland may obtain financial support from either the regional or national Ministries of Economy in their country.
The team works closely with Embassies and Trade Commissions in each country to ensure companies obtain the maximum support available to them before, during and after the event. The team has led groups to overseas exhibitions such as InnoTrans in Berlin, Gulf Traffic in Dubai, Food and Hotel China in Shanghai and Alimentaria in Barcelona with great success.
